A Nightmare on Elm Street 2: Freddy's Revenge (1985) [Ron Grady]: Slashed to death by Robert Englund after Robert emerges from Mark Patton's body.

Sometimes They Come Back (1991) [Richard Lawson]: Hit by a train, along with Nicholas Sadler and Bentley Mitchum, after Chris Demetral snatches their car keys while they're stopped on the tracks in a tunnel. They return to life years later to torment Tim Matheson, and die once again when their deaths are re-enacted in the tunnel.
Babylon 5: The Fall of Night (1995) [Lt. Warren Keffer]: Either killed in an explosion or incinerated when his fighter is hit with an energy beam from a Shadow vessel. The scene cuts away as the cockpit of his fighter is engulfed in light, with Robert screaming, and the faint image of bone is visible in his face.
Cold Case: The Plan (2004) [Nash Cavanaugh]: Drowned in a swimming pool when Sam Witwer uses a pool hook to force him underwater. His body is initially seen at the start of the episode. His death is later seen in a flashback. His "ghost" (apparently a figment of her imagination) at the end of the episode after his murder is solved.
24: Day 5: 11:00am-12:00pm (2006) [Hank]: Stabbed in the neck with a pair of surgical scissors during a struggle with Kiefer Sutherland.
