  • Wagon Train: The Juan Ortega Story (1958) [Ransome Jarvis]: After being severely wounded and left for dead on the prarie by Sioux warriors Robert is found by Robert Horton and nursed back to health by Dean Stockwell. Dean was about to strangle him for being in the group that lynched his father but not before Robert insisted that he hear the truth about how his father was a thief and had murdered an entire family. After Dean had decided not to kill him a Souix war party attacked the wagon train where Robert was killed by being shot in the stomach with an arrow.
