- Jonny Quest vs. the Cyber Insects (1995; animated) [Number 427]: Froze under orders from Dr. Zin (Jeffrey Tambor). His body then shatters (offscreen).
Television Deaths[]
- Kung Fu: Pilot (1972) [Fong]: Shot to death by Barry Sullivan's men.
- SST Death Flight (1977) [Flight Engineer Roy Nakamura]: Killed in a small explosion (and remains sucked out of jet), along with George Maharis and Tom Stewart, when electricity sparks ignite a flammable gas leak in the section.
- Friday the 13th: The Series: Year of the Monkey (1990) [Tanaka]: Dies of a cerebral hemorrhage when the cursed monkey statues cause several gongs to chime loudly, after Robert dishonors himself by killing John Fujioka while John is unarmed.
- Highlander: The Series: The Samurai (1994) [Hideo Koto]: Commits a ritual suicide by stabbing himself in the stomach with a sword, then decapitated by Adrian Paul, over 200 years before the story begins. Shown in a flashback.
- The X-Files: 731 (1995) [Dr. Shiro Zama]: Killed (off-screen) by Stephen McHattie in the train, his body is later found by David Duchovny in a bathroom.
- Iron Man: Hands of the Mandarin, Part 2 (1996; animated) [Mandarin]: Either stabbed or slashed to death by bandits, after he is launched into the desert after being defeated by Iron Man (Robert Hays).
