- Airport '77 (1977) [Co-Pilot Bob Chambers]: Drowned/crushed to death by a heavy table (off-screen) when the plane's cabin fills with water as the plane is being lifted to the surface. His body is seen pinned under the table when the rescue crew discovers him.
- Transformers: Age of Extinction (2014) [Ratchet/Leadfoot]: Ratchet has his spark ripped out from his chest by Lockdown (Mark Ryan); his head is later seen being melted by KSI. Leadfoot is seen being shot down by Lockdown and several soldiers in a recording.
Television Deaths[]
- Frankenstein (1973) [Victor Frankenstein]: Accidently impaled on a concrete spike. Dies in Bo Svenson's arms.
- Falcon Crest: Desperation (1987) [Chase Gioberti]: Drowns in the waters of the San Francisco Bay after rescuing Susan Sullivan’s baby (who was kidnapped by Ana Alicia).
- Cagney & Lacey: A Fair Shake (Part II) (1988) [Agent Thomas Duggan]: Shot to death by the shooter. He has died in Tyne Daly's arms.
- Babylon 5: Severed Dreams (1996) [General William Hague]: Robert does not appear in the episode, but is mentioned by Bruce McGill to Bruce Boxleitner as having been killed when he took enemy fire.
- The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest: In the Wake of the Mary Celeste (1996; animated) [Max Schumaker/Vladimire Oistrakh/Captain Brigg]: Max Schumaker is shallowed up by the Green Light. Captain Briggs is said to have been consumed by the Green Light along with his family, it turn out to be false, as he and his family survived from the Green Light and died before the events of the episode.
