Wes Craven's New Nightmare (1994) [Terry Feinstein]: Stabbed in the chest by a razor glove.
Jack Frost (1996) [Stone]: Frozen to death from the inside out (off-screen) when the snowman enters his body; his body is shown afterwards when he "walks" outside the church with the snowman manipulating him like a puppet, before the snowman leaves his body by being spewed out of his mouth.
Watchmen (2009) [Wally Weaver]: Dies of cancer in the hospital; shown in a flashback montage as Billy Crudup narrates and observes various events from his past. (Thanks to Tommy)

Smallville: Calling (2003) [Dr. Walden]: Burned to death/killed in an explosion after using his energy powers to blow up a fuel tank while trying to kill Tom Welling. His charred corpse is seen in the coroners' office with an coroner and John Glover, who wants his hand (which has uncharred skin and the ship's keyprint emdded in) to make his own key.
Psych: In Plain Fright (2010) [Frank Holloway]: Drowned in one of the amusement park rides (off-screen) by either April Matson or Paul Anthony (or both of them). His body is seen while police are pulling it out of the ride.
