- Straight on Till Morning (Dressed for Death; Til Dawn Do Us Part; The Victim) (1972) [Brenda Thompson]: Presumably stabbed to death (off-screen) by Shane Briant; we only see her cowering away from him, followed by a scene of Shane sitting alone in his bedroom. Her body is not shown, so her death is only strongly implied rather than absolutely confirmed.
- Under the Skin (1997) [Mum]: Dies (off-screen) of cancer in her bedroom. Her body is shown afterwards (covered up) being carried down the stairs by an ambulance attendants while her daughter (Samantha Morton ) stands by in the foreground.
