- Piranha 3D (2010) [Crystal]: Devoured by prehistoric piranhas after she falls into the water (including one piranha eating through her body and emerging from her mouth) as Jerry O'Connell looks on in horror. Her skeleton is later shown sinking to the bottom of the lake as her breast implants float towards the surface, played for comedy.
