- Blowback 2 (1991) [Joe]: Dies of his wounds after laying aganist a turned over jeep as the credits roll.
- Blood (1996) [Takuya Nakajo / Kizak]: Shot off-screen by a sniper bullet. We just see the sniper aiming at Riki while Riki looks at the sniper and the screen fades to black and the shot is heard.
- Nobody (1999) [Nanbu]: After being shot in the leg and back with a crossbow, finally dies after being shot in the forehead by Ken'ichi Endo.
- Dead or Alive (Dead or Alive: Hanzaisha) (1999) [Ryuuichi]: Dies when Japan blows up due to the fireball Riki throws out of his chest being hit by a rocket shot by Sho Aikawa.
- Wild Criminal (1999) [Udo]: Shot to death by Miho Nomoto and Aya Nakamura.
- Dead or Alive 2 (Dead or Alive 2: Tôbôsha) (2000) [Shuuichi Sawad]: Dies of multiple gun shot wounds after carrying Sho Aikawa's body to the island where they met as children.
- Dead or Alive: Final (2002) [Officer Takeshi Honda]: While not technically a death, he is turned into a new robotic being when he merges withSho Aikawa. Will list just in case.
- Deadly Outlaw Rekka (Jitsuroku Andô Noboru kyôdô-den: Rekka) (2002) [ Arata Kunisada]: Possibly dies at the end of the film of his wounds. We see him injured and walking, but there has been some debate that it's a spirit. Listing just in case.
- Battle Royale II)Batoru rowaiaru II: Chinkonk; Battle Royale II: Requiem)(2003) [Sensei (Riki Takeuchi)]: Killed when his explosive collar detonates as he spikes a rugby ball, after making a farewell speech to Ai Maeda and Shûgo Oshinari.
- Last Life in the Universe ('Ruang rak noi nid mahasan) (2003) [Takashi]: Shot to death off-screen by Tadanobu Asano. We just see Tadanobu firing. His body is later shown when the other Yakuza find his decaying body hidden in the apartment.
- Yakuza Demon (Kikoku) (2003) [Seiji]: Shot multiple times by Yakuza hitman while Riki waits for a boat to pick him up at a pier.
- LoveDeath (2006) [Boss] Shot by rival gangsters.
- Ichi (2008) [Izo]: Stabbed in the chest by Yôsuke Kubozuka
- Tokyo Tribe (2014) [Buppa]: Has dozens of swords thrown into him that are being pulled in by a giant fan. Another swords then slices through his neck decapitating him. His body is then sucked into the giant fan cutting his body into a million pieces.

- Yakuza 0 (Ryu Ga Gotoku Zero) (2015) [Hiroki Awano]: Mortally wounded by Koji Suzuki while shielding Hidenari Ugaki from being shot, he dies when he gets impaled by the Koji's needles as he charges him.
