The Last House on the Left (2009) [Sadie]: Shot in the eye (on top of being shot in her shoulder/chest by Tony Goldwyn) by Monica Potter while Riki is attacking Tony with a shower curtain rod in the bathroom. (Nudity alert: Topless)
Hell Baby (2013) [Marjorie]: Bitten on her neck by her nephew, the hell baby. She then falls on her knees on the floor in slow motion, covered in blood and dies as her sister (Leslie Bibb) looks on in shock.

Criminal Minds: 52 Pick Up (2008) [Vanessa Holden]: Disembowelled first by Gabriel Olds and kept alive, while forced to clean up her own intestines, then has her throat slit (actual death not shown) only her hand scrubbing her blood from carpet, and police photos of the murder victim lying on her stomach on carpet with blood pool under her abdomen and throat.
Wednesday: If You Don't Woe Me by Now (2022) [Dr. Valerie Kinbott]: Killed (off-screen) by Daniel Himschoot (really Hunter Doohan in his Hyde form); the scene cuts away when she discovers Hunter hiding in her bathroom. Her death is shown later as flashbacks in Jenna Ortega's vision when she kisses Hunter, revealing him to be the Hyde.
