- EastEnders: Episode 5196 (2015) [Arthur "Fatboy" Chubb]: Died of suffocation after being locked in a car boot by a henchmen who was hired by Samantha Womack to go after Richard Blackwood but they kidnap Norwood (confused for Blackwood). Blackwood arrived to scrapyard to stop the car being crushed but it was too late when he found Ricky dead in car boot. (Note: Ricky doesn't appear in the episode, he departed two episodes before his character's off-screen death).
