Downtown (1990) [Mickey Witlin]: Throat slit by Joe Pantoliano as Rick attempts to radio back-up (Joe was posing as a victim of an attack by the two guys Rick was about to arrest and let him get in his car where he makes the kill).
A Brooklyn State of Mind (1998) [Nicky Vetrino]: Shot to death in a shootout with a fellow mobster (I'm not sure who) after Danny Aiello falsely claims he's a rapist. He dies after collapsing into Vincent Spano's arms as Maria Grazia Cucinotta looks on helplessly.
Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me (1992) [Cliff Howard]: Shot to death by Dana Ashbrook in a drug deal gone wrong, while Sheryl Lee laughs looking on.

Perry Mason: The Case of the Musical Murder (1989 TV) [Parker Newton]: Fatally wounded in a shootout with the police when he gets in a fight with William R. Moses. We learn of his death when William and Alexandra Paul inform Raymond Burr and Barbara Hale.
Mancuso, F.B.I.: Premature Congratulations (1990) [Joe Panessa]: Shot in the head by Michael Medeiros after Rick shoots his gang members.
Renegade: The Rabbit and the Fox (1993) [Johnny Bendetti]: Shot by Joseph Cali, trying to frame Paula Trickey for it

Manhunt (2003) [War Dogs]: Providing the voice of enemy NPCs, he is killed in various ways by Stephen Wilfong.
