Speed (1994) [Train Driver]: Shot in the back with a machine gun by Dennis Hopper. His body is later seen when Keanu Reeves discovers him slumped in a corner.
City Hall (1996) [Larry Schwartz]: Shot in the head by one of Anthony Franciosa's associates while talking to John Cusack on the phone, as John hears in shock.
The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997) [Eddie Carr]: Torn in half and devoured by two T-Rexs (after one drags him out of a vehicle).
Lucky Numbers (2000) [Jerry Green]: Bludgeoned to death with a baseball bat by Michael Rapaport (his body is later seen when Michael throws him off a bridge).
Johnny English Reborn (2011) [Titus Fisher]: Shot with a sniper by Pik-Sen Lim, as Rowan Atkinson looks on.
Man of Steel (2013) [Dr. Emil Hamilton]: Killed in an explosion when Christopher Meloni crashes their plane into the Kryptonian terra-forming device to trigger a black hole.

Murder One: Chapter Nine (1995) [Prof. Stanley Fletcher]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by jumping from a freeway overpass. We learn of his death when John Fleck tells Daniel Benzali.
NYPD Blue: Is Paris Burning? (1997) [Steve Cameron]: Killed and dismembered (off-screen) by Lindsey Ginter. We learn of his fate when Dennis Franz rushes in and discovers him disposing of body parts.
Burn Notice: Loose Ends, Part 1 (2007) [Phillip Cowan]: Shot by a sniper while talking to Jeffrey Donovan.
Once Upon a Time: Fruit of the Poisonous Tree (2012) [King Leopold]: Bitten by a poisonous snakes placed in his bed by Giancarlo Esposito.
NCIS: Extreme Prejudice (2012) [Harper Dearing]: Stabbed by Mark Harmon as Richard tries to shoot him.
Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency (2016) [Zimmerfield]: Shot with an electric arrow by Michael Adamthwaite while talking to Neil Brown Jr.
The Good Doctor: Goodbye (2024) [Dr. Aaron Glassman]: Dies (off-screen) of brain cancer. He was revealed to have terminal cancer in the previous episode, and in a flash-forward scene set ten years later, he is revealed to have died in Freddie Highmore's speech.
