Charley One-Eye (1973) [Ben, The Black Man] Stoned by the villagers and then finished off being being shot in the head.
Earthquake (1974) [Miles]: Possibly drowns in when flooding water approaches him, we only see him try to escape it on his motorcycle.
Q (Q: The Winged Serpent) (1982) [Sergeant Powell]: Falls to his death when he slips out of the serpent's grasp as it flies away with him. (Thanks to Kyle)
City Heat (1984) [Diehl Swift]: Shot to death by Rip Torn at the end of a struggle.
Killpoint (1984) [Agent Bill Bryant]: Shot to death by Stack Pierce. (Thanks to Ben)
Opposing Force (1986) [Stafford]: Shot repeatedly by Anthony Zerbe after being bound to a chair by Tom Skerritt.
Maniac Cop (1988) [Commissioner Stephen Pike]: Stabbed to death (along with William Smith) by Robert Z`Dar outside Richard's office; the murder is seen through the windows of the doors.

Heroes: Nothing to Hide (2006) [Charles Deveaux]: Dies (off-screen) of cancer; we learn of his death when Tawny Cypress informs Milo Ventimiglia.
Point of Entry (2007 TV Movie) [Det. Miles Porter]: Stabbed repeatedly in the stomach and chest by Patrick Muldoon as Richard goes for his gun. His body is later seen as Patrick drags him/it through the hallways of his home.
Chicago Fire: Call It Paradise (2015) [Wallace Boden Sr.]: Dies of cancer off-screen, his body is later found sitting on a chair by his son Eamonn Walker.
The Player: A House Is Not A Home (2015) [Samuel]: His body is found by Wesley Snipes in a church after having been slashed in the neck while still lie back against the church row seats.
Family Reunion (2019) [The Man]: Possibly dies after falling to his death by walking backwards to a bottomless "pit" after Isaiah Russell-Bailey throws his money while trying to retrieve it. (Season 4, Episode 11)
