Some Call It Loving (Dream Castle; Sleeping Beauty) (1973) [Jeff]: Dies (off-screen) under unspecified circumstances, presumably due to his prolonged drug and alcohol abuse. His body is shown afterwards lying in his coffin as Zalman King attends his funeral.

Saturday Night Live (Dec. 13, 1975) [Major]: Poisoned when he swallows a suicide pill, misunderstanding Dan Aykroyd's instructions to "take this pill" (when Dan only meant for Richard to carry it with him).
