Barton Fink (1991) [Detective Mastrionotti]: Shot to death (along with Christopher Murney) by John Goodman in the hotel hallway.
Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai (1999) [Handsome Frank]: Shot in the stomach, chest and head by Forest Whitaker in a hotel room.
The Spirit (2008) (Donenfeld): Commits suicide (off screen) when Eva Mendes and Eric Balfour discover her unseemly activities.
Law Abiding Citizen (2009) [Bill Reynolds]: Suffocated (off-screen) when his oxygen tank runs out after Gerard Butler had buried Richard alive; his body is shown afterwards when Jamie Foxx and the police arrive and dig him up after Gerard's deadline had passed. (Thanks to Arben)

Tales from the Darkside: Everybody Needs a Little Love (1987) [Curtis]: Stabbed in the chest with a kitchen knife (off-screen) by his mannequin (Teresa L. Jones); his body is seen when Jerry Orbach regains consciousness and discovers him. Shown in a flashback when Jerry is telling the story to police.
Perry Mason: The Case of the Maligned Mobster (1991 TV) [Dave Barrett]: Shot to death by Mason Adams.
The Substitute 3: Winner Takes All (1999) [Vincent Lo Russo]: Crushed to death when Treat Williams runs his car on him to a wall.
Timeless: Public Enemy No. 1 (2017) [Mayor William Hale Thompson]: Ordered to be taken away and killed by Goran Visnjic on October 17th, 1931 after being beaten to reveal information about Rittenhouse in the distorted timeline.
Grey's Anatomy: The Last Supper (2020) [Saul]: Dies of heart failure as Alex Landi and Jake Borelli watch.
