Film Deaths
- The Octagon (1980) [Kyo / Long Legs]: Playing a dual role, "Long Legs" is shot in the chest in a shoot-out with Lee Van Cleef's men. "Kyo" is burned to death after being knocked into a fire at the end of a fight with Chuck Norris. (Richard's face was hidden by a mask for his role as "Kyo.")
- Gymkata (1985) [Zamir]: Neck snapped after a fight with Kurt Thomas.
- Strategic Command (1997) [Carlos Gruber]: Dies after been exposed to a chemical weapon after a fight with Michael Dudikoff. Michael survives because he is the only one who had the antidote.
- Mad Max: Fury Road (2015) [The Prime Imperator]: Dies when his car is caught in the sandstorm.

- Spartacus: Enemies of Rome (2013) [Hilarus]: Stabbed in the stomach by Simon Merrells
