- Night Gallery: The Ghost of Sorworth Place (1972) [Ralph Burke]: Falls down a flight of stairs when he lunges at John D. Schofield's ghost; almost immediately afterwards, he appears to Jill Ireland as a ghost himself.
- Gunsmoke: The Last Apache (1990; TV film) [Chalk Brighton]: Fatally shot in the chest by Geoffrey Lewis from the top of the canyon. He dies a little later after James Arness and Amy Stoch have to leave him and Joe Lara comes across him as he dies. (Thanks to Brian)
- Star Trek: Deep Space Nine: Second Sight (1993) [Prof. Gideon Seyetik]: Commits suicide/sacrifices himself by steering his spaceship into a dead star in order to reignite it. (Thanks to Neil)
