Film Deaths
- The Demolitionist (1995) [Mad Dog Burne]: Dissolved after Nicole Eggert injects him with her antidote.
- Circuit Breaker (Inhumanoid) (1996) [Adam]: Reportedly killed by Lara Harris. (I haven't seen this movie but got the information from Lara's entry in The Bare Facts Video Guide.)
- Against the Law (1997) [Rex]: Shot to death in a shoot-out with Nick Mancuso.
- Sexual Predator (Last Cry) (2001) [Gale]: Shot in the chest by Angie Everhart in her bedroom, in a set-up to make it look like she killed him in self-defense.
- Evil Breed: The Legend of Samhain (Samhain) (2003) [Mark]: Hacked to death with an axe (off-screen) by one of the mutant cannibals; we see the axe coming down, followed by a shot of Richard's headless, limbless torso (obviously a special-effects dummy) being roasted on a spit.
TV Deaths
- It Was Him Or Us (1995) [Gene Shepherd]: Presumably dies after Ann Jillian shoots him with a gun just as Richard was about to kill Ann's daughter (Monique Lanier). It is unknown whether or not Richard was dead as his body is later shown taken by paramedics on a stretcher.
