- Highway 301 (1950) [Herbie Brooks]: Killed in a car accident after the vehicle that he, Edward Norris, and Steve Cochran were in lost control while fleeing from police; Egan was taking over the wheel for Norris, who had just been shot by police.
- Cripple Creek (1952) [Strap Galland - Alias Gillis]: Unarmed, he is shot in the back by Don Porter. (Thanks to Brian)
- The Glory Brigade (1953) [Sgt Johnson]: Killed offscreen when the communist forces slaughter the American platoon on the riverbank: we hear the gunfire. Found by Victor Mature and his remaining 4 men. (Thanks to Brian)
- 300 Spartans (1962) [Leonidas]: Killed in final battle (awaiting details).
