Film Deaths[]
- Stargate: Continuum (2008; Video) [Colonel Jack O'Neill]: Stabbed to death with a lethal injection syringe by Cliff Simon ; however, this only occurs as a result of Cliff Simon's clone changing history, and Richard is brought back to life when Ben Browder is able to undo the alterations to the timeline.
Television Deaths[]
- MacGyver: Silent World (1986) [MacGyver]: Run over by a car driven by Geoffrey Lewis while Richard and Mary Beth Barber are trying to run. This turns out to be Mary Beth's dream (he survives in reality, of course).
- MacGyver: Brainwashed (1989) [MacGyver]: Shot to death by Bruce McGill, while Richard is holding a pitcher with a star on it and Bruce fires (due to his brainwashing by Roger Aaron Brown and Cyndi James Gossett). This turns out to be Bruce's dream; he survives in reality.
- MacGyver: Good Knight MacGyver, Part 2 (1991) [MacGyver]: Shot in the head with a primitive gun by Robin Strasser in Robin's castle. This turns out to be his dream; he survives in reality.
- Beyond Betrayal (1994 TV) [Bradley Matthews]: Shot to death by police in a warehouse, while he's holding his wife (Susan Dey) hostage.
- Stargate SG-1: The Nox (1997) [Col. Jack' O'Neill]: Killed, along with the rest of the SG-1 team, by a Goa'uld; they are later brought back to life by the Nox aliens. (Thanks to Victor)
- Stargate SG-1: 2010 (2001) [Jack O'Neill]: Zapped to death in an alternate timeline along with Amanda Tapping, Michael Shanks and Christopher Judge by a laser guided defense system. The actual character survives.
Video Game Deaths[]
- Fallout (1997) [Sheriff Killian Darkwater]: Can be killed by the player character (possibly on Jim Cummings' orders).
