Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue: The Cobra Strikes [Cobra Monster]: Crushed by a column after Rhett Fisher tossed his Titanium Axe at it.
Digimmon Adventure: Seasick and Tired (2000; anime) [Piximon]: Died (off-screen) in an explosion during his battle against the Dark Masters after helping the DigiDestined escape.
Trigun: Sin (2001; anime) [Legato Bluesummers]: Implores a reluctant Vash (Johnny Yong Bosch) to shoot him on the threat of having Meryl Stryfe (Dorothy Elias-Fahn) and Milly Thompson (Lia Sargent) killed by the telekinetically-controlled crowd. Vash, realizing there's no going back, shoots Legato in the head.
Digimon Frontier: From Dawn to Duskmon (2002; anime) [Arbormon]: Slashed by Duskmon (voiced by Crispin Freeman) and becomes a digi-egg.

Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles [Alfred Ashford]: Mortally injured by Claire Redfield (Alyson Court) and Steve Burnside's (Sam Riegel) gunfire. After unfreezing Alexia (Karen Strassman), she used her T-Veronica tentacles to break every bone in his body for being late at waking her.
