Film Deaths[]

Starship Troopers 2 (2004) [Captain Dax]: Killed by the bugs after making a last stand to ensure Colleen Porch's extraction from the battlefield.
Hostel: Part II (2007) [Todd]: Mauled to death by dogs when the hostel staff unleash them, after Richard refuses to go through with killing Bijou Phillips. His body is shown afterwards being carried out on a cart.
Friday the 13th (2009) [Officer Bracke]: Impaled through the back of the head and out of his eye socket with a poker (with his eyeball dangling from the end) by Derek Mears while Richard is standing in front of the door. His body is later seen pinned to the door by Jared Padalecki and the other survivors. There is an alternative death scene where he is stabbed through the eye pinning him to a door.

Harper's Island: Thwack (2009) [Thomas Wellington]: Hit on the head by a spade that falls from the booby-trapped chandelier when Elaine Cassidy turns off the lights and inadvertently releases the trap.
Desperate Housewives: If... (2010) [Karl Mayer]: Dies of injuries when a plane crashes into a house in the previous episode Boom Crunch.
Law & Order: Special Victims Unit: Confidential (2010) [Richard Morgan]: Shot by William Bogert on Lena Olin's orders.
Chuck: Chuck Versus the Hack Off (2011) [Clyde Decker]: Killed in an explosion when Carrie-Anne Moss detonates an explosive she'd planted on him.
Christmas Twister (2012; TV movie) [Logan]: Crushed by a shipping container blown by an F6 tornado.
