- Friday the 13th Part 3 (1982) [Jason Voorhees]: Hit on the head with an axe by Dana Kimmell. (The character would be revealed to have survived in Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter, where he was portrayed by Ted White, but this was originally intended as a genuine death scene.) (other note: he appeared to survive as Dana is on her boat on the river, but it turns out to be just a hallucination she's having.)
- Deathstalker (1983) [Oghris]: Neck broken by Rick Hill at the end of a fight.
