Get Carter (2000) [Geraldine]: Given an overdose of heroin (off-screen) by Mickey Rourke in her bathroom; her body is shown afterwards when Sylvester Stallone discovers her.
The Number 23 (2007) [Laura Tollins]: Stabbed to death by Jim Carrey, after she taunts him by saying he doesn't have the guts to kill her.
Underworld: Rise of the Lycans (2009) [Sonja]: Executed by being exposed to sunlight and burned to death (by her father for being impregnated by a werewolf), as Michael Sheen looks on helplessly. (Her character is pregnant at the time).
Hard Target 2 (2016) [Sofia]: Impaled through the throat on a spike at the end of a fight with Ann Truong.
Game Over, Man! (2018) [Erma]: Impaled through the stomach on a broken table leg at the end of a fight with Blake Anderson.

Strike Back: Shadow Warfare Episode 4.04 (2013) [Major Rachel Dalton]: Shot in the head by Catherine Walker after Catherine shoots her in the shoulder and leg.
The Last Ship: A More Perfect Union (2014) [Rachel]: Talks to Eric Dane and on the way back she gets shot by Travis Hammer, an immune who says 'sic semper tyrannis' (thus always to tyrants, also said by John Wilkes Booth after shooting Abraham Lincoln.)
Supergirl: Ahimsa (2018) [Mercy Graves]: Impaled along with her brother (Robert Baker) by Justice Leak.
