- R.S.V.P (2002) [Garrett]: Shot in the head with a nail-gun by Rick Otto in the hallway just before Rick does the same to Jeanne Chinn.
- Transformers (2007) [Frenzy]: Decapitated with his own spinning blade, after he threw it in an attempt to kill the humans, and it looped back around and hit him instead.
