  • Frankenfish (2004) [Anton]: Swallowed by the Frankenfish creature while standing on a pier.
  • The Dark Knight Rises (2012) [Ross]: Shot by one of Tom Hardy's men while Reggie is with Joseph Gordon-Levitt who is helping Reggie escape from an underground tunnel.
  • Safe (2012) [Quan Chang]: Neck snapped by Anson Mount, after Anson kills all of Reggie's men.

TV Deaths

  • Night Stalker: What's The Frequency, Kolchak? (2006) [Stanley Kim]: Killed by Pat Healey while he has him tied up to a chair & pleading for his life.
  • Persons Unknown: Smoke & Steel (2010) [Tom]: Killed when Daisy Betts throws hot boiling water on him causing him to burn.
  • No Ordinary Family: No Ordinary Sidekick (2010) [Dr. Francis Chiles]: Forced to commit suicide by Josh Stewart via mind control when he tells him to take all his own pills. His body is later discovered by Julie Benz.
  • American Dad: Independent Movie (2013; animated) [Hideki Yoshida]: The end of the episode has it where he is held at gun point by Roger and Stan Smith, both voiced by Seth MacFarlane when the screen goes black and a single gunshot goes off. It is revealed by Roger that Hideki was the one who got shot (off-screen). (Played for comedic effect)
  • Grimm: Zerstorer Shrugged (2017) [Sgt. Drew Wu]: Stabbed in the chest by Wil Traval and he dies talking to David Giuntoli. Reggie's death is later reverted (along with Silas Weir Mitchell, Russell HornsbyBitsie Tulloch, Claire Coffee, Sasha Roiz and Bree Turner's) when David is sucked through a portal back to the events of Zerstorer Shrugged after killing Wil in The End.
