Penn & Teller Get Killed (1989) [Fan's Friend]: Commits suicide (off-camera) by shooting himself in the head, after David Patrick Kelly does the same; we hear the gunshot over an exterior shot of the building.
The Hard Truth (1994) [Shotgun Cop]: Killed in a fight/shootout with mobsters.
The Mask (1994) [Dr. Freeze]: Shot during an off-screen shoot-out with police; he dies shortly after being brought to Peter Greene's hideout as Peter gives him a cigarette. (Thanks to Neil and Tal)
Tank Girl (1995) [Deetee]: Shot repeatedly by Malcolm McDowell’s cohorts, he dies while talking to Jeff Kober and Ice-T (Reg was wearing heavy mutant makeup for this role).
American Psycho (2000) [Homeless Man]: Stabbed to death by Christian Bale in an alley.
Fantastic Four (2015) [Dr. Franklin Storm]: Burned by an energy blast from Toby Kebbell's pyrokinetic powers while his son (Michael B. Jordan) and daughter (Kate Mara) look on in horror; he dies with Michael and Kate by his side.

Great Performances: Hamlet (1990) [Guildenstern]: Presumably executed (off-screen), along with Phillip Goodwin, after Kevin Kline replaces the order for his own execution with a forged message. (I haven't seen this version myself, but I'm familiar with the story.)
Person of Interest: Blue Code (2012) [Ian Davidson]: Shot in the Head by Jim Caviezel while he was About to kill Kevin Chapman.
Grimm: The Ungrateful Dead (2013) [Baron Samedi]: Killed in a plane crash, after his attempted zombification of David Giuntoli goes wrong and causes David to attack him, eventually forcing their plane out of the sky.
