- Black Friday (1940) [Louis Devore]: Beaten and back broken by Stanley Ridges in an alley; we only see their shadows on the alley wall during the struggle. Boris Karloff later reads a newspaper report of Raymond's death.
TV Deaths[]
- One Step Beyond: Brainwave (1959) [Capt. Clyde Madison]: Killed (off-screen) when enemy aircraft bomb his ship while he is telling George Grizzard how to save Whit Bissell via radio. After the bombing, his ghost continues to give George instructions, but we don't find out that he's dead until Tod Andrews tells George.
