Film Deaths:[]
- A Lovely Way to Die (1968) [Sean Magruder] Murdered off-screen. His body is shown inside his car.
- The Grissom Gang (1971) [Mace]: Machine-gunned by police during a shoot-out at the gang's hideout.
- The Magnificent Seven Ride! (1972) [Marshal Jim Mackay]: Killed (off-screen), along with a few other men, in a gunfight with Darrell Larson, (who is killed in the same fight). We learn of it when Lee Van Cleef and Michael Callan finds the bodies.
- Chato's Land (1972) [Elias Hooker]: Killed by a rattlesnake thrown at him by Charles Bronson.
- Trouble Man (1972) [Pete Cockrell]: Shot to death by Robert Hooks in Ralph's bedroom.
- Crash and Burn (1990) [Lathan Hooks]: Falls to his death when the android Bill Moseley knocks him over the scaffolding, then steps on Ralph's hands to make him lose his grip. His body is shown again later on when Megan Ward discovers him.
- Cliffhanger (1993) [Frank]: Machine-gunned by Craig Fairbrass after being lured into a trap set by John Lithgow in order to steal the rescue helicopter as a getaway vehicle while Michael Rooker helplessly tries to warn Ralph. He dies shortly in Michael's arms after he gave a hidden knife to him in order to save Michael's life. (Thanks to Tal and Kevin)
TV Deaths[]
- Roots (1977 miniseries) [ Slater]: Stabbed to death when LeVar Burton throws a knife at him, after Ralph tries to shoot Ji-Tu Cumbuka on the slave ship. (Thanks to William and Robert)
- The Outer Limits: Small Friends (1999) [Gene Morton]: Shot in the chest by Roddy Piper when Roddy tries to take control of Ralph's robots. He dies shortly afterwards while talking to his daughter (Ingrid Torrance). (Thanks to Stephen)
- NCIS: Honor Thy Father (2014) [Jackson Gibbs]: Dies (off-screen) of a stroke. (Although this episode was made 3 months after Waite's actual death, his appearances from previous episodes make it count).
