  • The Secret Six (1931) [Johnny Franks]: Shot to death by Wallace Beery.
  • Forbidden (1932) [Al Holland]: Shot in the back by Barbara Stanwyck through the door, after he threatens to expose her relationship with Adolphe Menjou.

TV Deaths[edit | edit source]

  • The Twilight Zone: Monsters! (1986) [Emile Francis Bendictson]: Playing a vampire, he is killed (off-screen) by a group of monsters while sitting in his home; the scene ends with the monsters surrounding him, followed by a scene of a paramedic carrying Ralph's body bag out on a stretcher.   • War and Remembrance: Episode 12 (1989) [President Franklin Delano Roosevelt]: Dies (off-screen) of a stroke, we learn of his death through the narration of William Woodson and shown of mourners and marines at a reenactment in the White House. (The episode then shows real footage of FDR's funeral and burial).
