- Fort Apache, the Bronx (1981) [Isabella]: Dies (off-screen) of a heroin overdose. Her body is shown afterwards in the hospital when Paul Newman arrives just as the doctor pronounces her dead; Paul then picks up her body and tries to walk her around the hallway in a vain attempt to revive her.
- Rockabye (1986) [Victoria Garcia]: Falls down an elevator shaft. (Thanks to Mark)
- The Eye (2008) [Rosa Martinez]: Dies of a heart attack; she is rushed to the hospital after the attack, and her death is confirmed when Alessandro Nivola informs Jessica Alba.
