Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows (2011) [Irene Adler]: Poisoned by Jared Harris in a restaurant; her death is shown in a flashback when Jared taunts Robert Downey Jr..
Passion (2012) [Christine Stanford]: Throat slit by Noomi Rapace in Rachel's home. Her body is shown again afterwards in a crime-scene photo that Rainer Bock shows to Noomi, and again in video footage that Karoline Herfurth had secretly recorded of the murder. (See also Kristin Scott Thomas in the 2010 version.)
Southpaw (2015) [Maureen Hope]: Accidentally shot in the stomach by Danny Henriquez in a crowded hotel lobby. She dies in Jake Gyllenhaal's arms.

What If...?: What If Doctor Strange Lost His Heart Instead of His Hands? (2021; animated) [Christine Palmer]: Originally killed in a car accident. Later, when Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) tries to prevent her death from happening via time travel, she is shown dying again several times from the car crash, having a heart attack, being shot, and being burned alive when her apartment burns down. It is later revealed that her death is a "fixed point" in time that cannot be undone. She dies one last time when she is erased from existence after Doctor Strange accidentally destroys reality trying to bring her back.
