Synopsis[]
Joe Dylanne (James Remar) is a tough New York City cop, known for his unconventional methods for capturing crooks. He soon receives a message from his old girlfriend Katy Greer (Daphne Ashbrook) and heads to California, where he finds her brother & sister in-law have been murdered at the hands of marijuana kingpin Valence (Nick Cassavetes) and his gang. Katy's nephew Joshua (Adam Coleman Howard) who survived a run-in with the thugs, helps Joe to get revenge on the dope fiends.
