- The New World (2005) [Matoaka/Pocahontas/Rebecca Rolfe]: Falls ill from a disease and dies when she sails back to Virginia with Christian Bale and their son. Images of Q'orianka and her young son happily playing in the gardens of their English estate. Bale, in a voice over, reads a letter, addressed to their only son about his deceased Native American mother. Her grave is shown at an English churchyard afterwards.
- The Power of Few (2013) [Alexa]: Killed (along with Christian Slater) in a car crash.
- Hostiles (2017) [Elk Woman] Shot twice by Luce Rains after Q'orianka protects Xavier Horsechief from getting shot instead, who ran to the corpse of Adam Beach in the films climatic shoot-out.

- The Alienist: Psychopatia Sexualis (2018) [Mary Palmer]: Thrown over a stair railing by David Wilmot at the end of a fight.
