Heaven & Hell: North & South, Book III: Episode 3 (1994 TV mini-series) [Elkanah Bent]: Lynched by James Read and Kyle Chandler in revenge for murdering Patrick Swayze and Wendy Kilbourne.
Chameleon (1998 TV) [Cortez, IBI Chief]: Shot to death by Bobbie Phillips.
Oz: A Town Without Pity (2000) [Nikolai Stanislofsky]: Electrocuted while in a bathtub when Kristen Rhodes drops a hair dryer into the tub.
Jane Doe: Eye of the Beholder (2008) [Lance Saxon]: Thrown (off-screen) from a helicopter by Mark Rolston's men. We learn of his death when Joe Penny informs Lea Thompson.
Dollhouse: Getting Closer (2010) [Clive Ambrose]: Shot in the head by Harry Lennix.
NCIS: Housekeeping (2012) [Sean Latham]: Stabbed in the chest by Scott Wolf.
Scream Queens: Beware of Young Girls (2015) [Steven Munsch]: Dismembered (off-screen) by Jamie Lee Curtis in Philip's house; several body parts are shown afterwards when Tavi Gevinson discovers them and follows their trail leading to his severed head in a fish tank.
