- Thank You, Mr. Moto (1937) [Prince Chung]: Commits suicide with a dagger, plunging it into his chest, because he had betrayed the location of the tomb of Genghis Khan. He is mourned by Peter Lorre.
- China Sky (1945) [Dr Kim]: Shot dead by his patient, Japanese officer (Richard Loo), in the latter's private hospital room.
