- Piranha (1978) [Scuba Diver #3 (victim)]: Eaten by the piranha while scuba-diving. We only see his reaction when the piranha begin attacking him. Then his devoured body is later seen floating in the water.
- Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi (1983) [Rancor]: Playing a monster, it's head gets crushed/stabbed with a spike when Mark Hamill throws a skull and hits the "close door" button bringing it down on it.
