Meet the Spartans (2008) [Persian Emissary]: Knocked into the pit of death when Sean Maguire kicks him. (Played for comic effect)
Justice League: The New Frontier (2008; animated) [King Faraday]: Blows himself up with grenades while being devour by a Tyrannosaurus Rex.
Dead Space: Downfall (2008; animated) [Hanson]: Shot in the head by Ramirez (voiced by Hal Sparks) when he tries to attack them after going insane.
Black Dynamite (2009) [Saheed]: Stabbed in the neck with the crossblade (along with Chris Spencer) by the one of Kung fu gangsters (Played for comic effect)

Star Trek: Voyager: One Small Step (1999) [Lt. John Kelly]: Dies (off-screen), after his spaceship is sucked into a graviton ellipse, centuries before the story begins. He only appears in flashbacks and recordings, and his mummified corpse is seen when Jeri Ryan discovers it.
Justice League: Hereafter Part 2 (2003; animated) [Vandal Strange]: Faded from existence in the new timeline after Superman (George Newbern) has restored life to the Earth, not before thanking him for correcting his mistakes.
Legion of Super Heroes: Dark Victory part 1 (2008; animated) [Imperiex]: Impaled (offscreen) by Brainiac 1.0 (Corey Burton), as the Legion watches from the monitors.
Doom Patrol: Wax Patrol (2020) [Doctor Cowboy]: Portraying an imaginary friend of Joivan Wade, he "dies" from being shot by Joivan before reappearing.

Star Wars: Squadrons: [Capt. Lindon Javes]: Dies by shot down and crash to his death by the Player Character Titan Three. Survives later at the final mission
