- The Whistle Blower (1986) [Stephen Kedge] Pushed into front of a subway train which crushes him.
Television Deaths[]
- Doctor Who: Doctor Who and the Silurians (1970) [Dr. Lawrence] Either dies from the silurian virus or a heart attack.
- Doctor Who: Invasion of the Dinosaurs (1974) [Whitaker]: Tries to stop Noel Johnson activating the (reprogrammed) Timescoop but fails and both men are sent back to an unknown point in the past. (Although technically not a death, we can assume they were transported to a point in prehistory where they may have been killed by a dinosaur or something.)
- Doctor Who: Genesis of the Daleks (1975) [Nyder]: Exterminated with an death ray by a Dalek, while Peter is trying to stop the Dalek production line.
