Street Fighter Alpha: The Animation (2001; anime) [Dr. Sadler]: Killed by Ryu (Skip Stellrecht) with a Hadouken blast, disintegrating shortly thereafter.

TV Deaths[]

Fist of the North Star: Four Linked Punches of Fury! Wait for Me in Hell, Jagi!! (2000; anime) [Jagi]: Punched in the face by an enraged Kenshiro (Lex Lang) for invoking his rage as a result of manipulating the recently-deceased Shin (Steven Jay Blum) into kidnapping Yuria (Mary Elizabeth McGlynn). The resulting punch causes Jagi's face to start combusting, the end result being the complete destruction of Jagi's body within a few seconds. Before exploding into nothing, he informs Kenshiro that Toki (Kirk Thornton) and Raoh (John Snyder) are still alive, shocking him.
Naruto: Forbidden Secret Technique: Dead Demon Consuming Seal! (2007; anime) [Tobirama Senju]: Has his soul ripped out of his body by the Reaper while being held in place by the Third Hokage (Steve Kramer), causing his reanimated body to crumble to dust.
Bleach: Rukia's Nightmare (2007; anime) [Metastacia]: After possessing Kaien's (Kim Strauss) body, he is killed when Rukia (Michelle Ruff) kills Kaien.
Naruto: Losing is Not an Option! (2007; anime) [Kidōmaru]: Dies of internal injuries after being hit by Neji's (Steve Staley) Gentle Fist technique.
Code Geass: Plan for Independent Japan (2008; anime) [Viceroy Calares]: Crushed inside his G-1 Base by debris from Babel Tower as part of the plans of Lelouch (Johnny Yong Bosch) to announce his return as Zero.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Annihilation: Earth (2015; animated) [Leatherhead]: Killed when the Tricerations used the Heart of Darkness to destroy the Earth. However, his death was later prevented in Earth's Last Stand when the Turtles stop the timer of the heart of darkness from going off.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: End Times (2017; animated) [Leatherhead/Z]: Z is destroyed with a laser by Captain Ryan (Brian Bloom); Leatherhead survives the episode.

Video Game Deaths[]

Metal Gear Solid (1998) [Vulcan Raven]: Eaten by his own ravens (at his will) after being mortally wounded in battle with David Hayter. He dies while talking to David. All that remains is his giant gatling gun and a pool of blood.
Spider-Man (2002) [Dr. Mendel Stromm]: Killed by Willem Dafoe after he got injected with the Goblin formula.
F.E.A.R.: First Encounter Assault Recon (2005) [Paxton Fettel]: Shot in the head by the player while the player is in Peter's mind-controlled hallucination. He later returns as a ghost in F.E.A.R. 3. (The character is also brought back to life in F.E.A.R.: Extraction Point, but this game is not canon.)
God of War II (2007) [Rhodes Soldier/Spartan Soldier]: Playing two NPC variants, several "Rhodes Soldiers" are killed in battle by Terrence 'T.C.' Carson; all of the "Spartan Soldiers" are incinerated by Corey Burton after killing Terrence.
F.E.A.R. 3 (2011) [Paxton Fettel]: Appearing as a ghost, he "dies" again after being shot in the head by the player character in one ending of the game. (He survives in the game's other ending where he takes control of the player character's body.)
