- MacGyver: Trumbo's World (1985) [Dr. Charles Alden]: Bitten to death by a large swarm of ants after he falls into a ditch while photographing the ants.
- Babylon 5: War Without End (1996) [Londo Mollari]: Strangled by Andreas Katsulas, while Peter strangles Andreas as well. (This episode took place in the future, so Peter and Andreas continued to appear as their "present" selves in subsequent episodes.)
- The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest: Undersea Urgency (1996; animated) [Alan Zeglar/Williams]]: "Alan Zeglar" is pulled and devoured by the Amphibious Monsters. "Williams"lives!
- Sliders: Eye of the Storm (2000) [Dr. Oberon Geiger]: Shot by Jay Acovone. As he dies, he hands Tembi Locke a small disc with the coordinates to Cleavant Derricks' home world, as well as her own and Robert Floyd's home world.
