- Our Man Flint (1966) [Dr. Wu]: Knocked over the railing into machinery (along with Benson Fong and Rhys Williams) by a strong burst of steam when Edward Mulhare swings a large swinging hook at James Coburn and it hits a pipe

- Adventures of Superman: The Clown Who Cried (1954) [Crackers]: Accidentally falls from a rooftop after he pushes Billy Wayne off the roof; George Reeves only has time to catch Billy, and Peter dies shortly afterwards as Billy kneels by his side.
- The Outer Limits: I, Robot (1964) [Dr. Charles Link]: Crushed to death (off-camera) when a generator falls on top of him. His body is seen when the robot (Read Morgan/John Caper Jr.) discovers him. Shown in a flashback while the robot is on trial for Peter's "murder".
- Combat!: The Long Walk (1964) [Lambert]: Shot to death along with Maurice Marsac and William Bryant (who died later) when Roddy McDowall ambushes the three men with William's carbine.
- The Man from U.N.C.L.E. The Dippy Blonde Affair (1966) [Dr Segal]: Shot by Fabrizio Mioni as his 'payment' for his work with T.H.R.U.S.H. (Thanks to Brian)
- The Invaders: The Leeches (1967) [Prof. Arthur Millington]: Shot to death by Peter Mark Richman as he was about to shoot Roy Thinnes; as an alien, his body disintegrates after death.
- Mannix: Man in a Trap (1975) [Don Vincent Demorra]: Shot in the chest by Joseph Hindy.
