Patient X (2009) [Robert]: Shot in the neck by TJ Trinidad accidentally killed him at the gunpoint to killing the vampire when they attacking him. He dies from being gunshot wound while he was locking TJ and Nanding Josef on the door inside of the Hospital rooftop.
Shake, Rattle & Roll 14 (2012) [Corp. Lamberto Upao]: Bleeds to death from being infected by the zombies when Dennis Trillo manages to rescues him after detonating a nearby cache. At the end, after turning into a zombie, he is shot in the chest by Dennis as he pleads him. Later, the movie appeared as the zombie, along with Rommel Padilla are sees in the beds next to Dennis (as they about to mauling him and the nurses and the end of second episode "Lost Command")
Pagpag: Siyam na Buhay (2013) [Roman]: Impaled in the right chest with a sword by Daniel Padilla as Paulo attempts to kill Kathryn Bernardo with a wooden spike. He dies together with his wife (Shaina Magdayao) through the fire on the abandoned house. In the aftermath, Kathryn and Daniel sees the apparitions of Paulo and Shaina smiles at them eerily at the end of the film.
Goyo: The Boy General (2018) [Gregorio Del Pilar]: Shot in the face through the neck at the height by American soldier at the end of the struggle over the battle of Tirad Pass, along with 52 of the 60 Filipinos were killed. In the real life of Gregorio dies on December 2, 1899 at the age of 24 in Ilocos Sur.

Dapat Ka Bang Mahalin?: Episode 75 (2009) [Kiko Claro]: Shot and killed by Carlo Aquino in upper hand with a gun at the gunpoint while he escapes with Say Alonzo from him.
Ikaw ay Pag-Ibig: Episode 45-46 (2012) [Andoy Jimenez]: Shot in the back by Mark Gil's one of the men. He dies from saving Zaijian Jaranilla from being shot before he and his friends (Xyriel Manabat, Louise Abuel and Mutya Orquia) finally return the Infant Jesus to San Gabriel church.
Brothers: Bitag (2016) [Eric / Erwin Maniego]: Stabbed in the stomach by Coco Martin with a knife at the end of fight after saving Yassi Pressman's life from the hands of Paulo's insanity.
Asintado: Panganib (2018) [Gael Ojeda]: Shot in the back through his chest by an assassin who hired by his parents (Nonie Buencamino and Lorna Tolentino) while shielding Julia Montes and Shaina Magdayao during the ambush. He dies in hospital.
Flower of Evil: Judgement (2022) [Jacob del Rosario]: Shot in the chest by JC De Vera after he shoots Piolo Pascual's head to protect his wife (Lovi Poe). His death is shown afterwards in the hospital when his parents (Edu Manzano and Agot Isidro) discovered him from the police. The series is appeared as a ghost.
