- Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth (1992) [Terri]: Reportedly killed by Terry Farrell, after Doug Bradley transforms Paula into a Coenobite. (I haven’t seen this movie, myself) (Thanks to Gerson)
- Full Eclipse (1993) [Liza]: Killed by Bruce Payne after he transforms into a werewolf. We pretty much just see him grab her, then throw her body to the ground; the action occurred too fast for be to be sure precisely what happened. (I couldn’t tell whether he slashed her with his claws or snapped her neck).
