- Aftersun (2022) [Calum]: Possibly dies (off screen) by suicide following the summer vacation and after he gives his goodbyes to his daughter Frankie Corio at the airport offscreen; this is ultimately left to viewer discretion and interpretation,
- God's Creature (2022) [Brian O'Hara]: Drowned by the waves of rising tide after being confronted by his mother (Emily Watson) for his assault against Aisling Franciosi.
- All of Us Strangers (2023) [Harry]: Diess (off screen) from a drug/alcohol binge; his body is discovered by Andrew Scott and Paul appears as a ghost to Andrew. The film leaves things up to interpretation about whether Paul died earlier in the film and has mostly appeared as a ghost to Andrew or died closer to the end of the film
