- Aloha, Bobby and Rose (1975) [Bobby]: Shot in the back a few times by cops, while he is walking to a car.
- P.I. Private Investigations (1987) [Detective Wexler]: Was bitten on the hand by a diamondback rattlesnake while grabbing a suitcase.
- Chrome Angels (2009) [Elliot Davros] Dies in a mass explosion when a bunch of robots self destruct.

- The Burning Bed (1984 TV) [Mickey Hughes]: Set on fire and burned to death by his wife (Farrah Fawcett) due to years of domestic violence.
- Secret Witness (1988 TV) [Kurt]: Fell off a building to his death while fighting with Joaquin Phoenix.
- Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction: Eclipse (2000) [Sheldon Ludavik]: Dies due to the effects of an eclipse of a full moon in an asylum, after he presumably transforms into a werewolf; his body is seen in his cell when Todd Allen views it.
