Anna and the Apocalypse (2017) [Arthur Savage]: Eaten alive by a horde of zombies.

Midsomer Murders: The Great and the Good (2009) [Laurence Mann]: Throat slit offscreen by Paul Chapman. His death is not discovered until Nancy Carroll stumbles upon his body later in the evening.
Lilyhammer: Millwall Brick (2013) [Duncan Hammer]: Garrotted by Trond Fausa Aurvag when he tries to kill Steven Van Zandt with his own revolver.
The Whale (2013) [Joy]: First of the shipwrecked sailors to die, falls ill after a long period of poor rations and limited water and is buried on Henderson Island.
Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell: Chapter Six - The Black Tower (2015) [Vinculus]: Hanged with the magically-animated branches of a tree by Marc Warren (offscreen); he is last seen facing off with Marc as the branches reach for him, and is next seen dangling from the noose with Ariyon Bakare looking on mournfully. He is resurrected by Niall Greig Fulton in the following episode.
Game of Thrones: Beyond the Wall (2017) [Thoros of Myr]: Dies during resting from extreme cold, as well as from his wounds after fight on undead giant polar bear while protecting Rory McCann. His body is seen by his men is burned by Richard Dormer and prevent him from reanimating.
Year of the Rabbit: Framed Rabbit (2019) [D.I. Tanner]: Shot in the back by Jill Halfpenny, he survives long enough to shoot Jill before finally dying.
