I Love Trouble (1994) [Assassin]: Falls to his death from an elevator shaft.
Smokin' Aces (2006) [Mustache]: Hacked to death with a machete by Chris Pine and stabbed twice to make sure that he is dead, when Chris and his brother run out of an elevator. Another clone of him is chain sawed through the torso horizontally by Kevin Durand.
I Am Wrath (2016) [Governor John Meserve]: Stabbed in the chest by John Travolta at the end of a fight.
Independence Day: Resurgence (2016) [Secretary of Defense Tanner]: Killed (off-screen), along with Sela Ward and everyone else inside the bunker, when the aliens attack and invade it. We last see an alien grabbing him by the tentacles. (There is also a deleted scene where the alien queen communicates through his body).

Matlock: The Witness (1990) [Rick Allen]: Shot to death by Caitlin Clarke.
Angel: Double or Nothing (2002) [Jenoff]: Beaten to death by a mob of humans and demons as David Boreanaz asking if anyone else owed him anything.
Revolution: Clue (2013) [Wayne Ramsey]: Throat slit by Malik Yoba.
