Twitches Too (2007) [Thantos]: Blasted by Kevin Jubinville with magic, sending him to fall down a shaft into a light which disintegrates him.
The Death of Superman (2018; animated) [Hank Henshaw]: Burned in Earth's gravity along with his space shuttle crew, confident that Superman (voiced by Jerry O'Connell) will save them. He is later resurrected as Cyborg Superman.
Reign of the Supermen (2019; animated) [Hank Henshaw/Cyborg Superman]: Short circuited when Superman (voiced by Jerry O'Connell) stabs him with a blue Kryptonian crystal. In his mind, "Henshaw" is electrocuted by Eradicator (voiced by Charles Halford).

24: Day 3: 7:00am-8:00am (2004) [William Cole]: Succumbs to the Cordilla virus after being infected in a hotel attacked by Lothaire Bluteau.
Grimm: Skin Deep (2016) [Eugene Forbes]: Overdosed by Jonathan Patrick Moore's Yanbue, causing his face to crumple inwards.
Lucifer: Off the Record (2017) [Reese Getty]: Poisoned by John Billingsley, he dies while talking to Tom Ellis; it's revealed at the end of the episode that he's in Hell and the whole episode has been him experiencing the events that led up to his death over and over again.
Better Call Saul: Plan and Execution (2022) [Howard Hamlin]: Shot in the head at point-blank range by Tony Dalton as Bob Odenkirk and Rhea Seehorn watch in horror. In the next episode, his corpse, along with Tony's is buried beneath Giancarlo Esposito's underground lab.
