- Transformers: Dark of the Moon (2011) [Dylan Gould]: Electrocuted when Shia LaBeouf knocks him into the Master Pillar.
- Thanksgiving (2023) [Sheriff Eric Newlon]: Supposedly killed in an explosion after Nell Verlaque shoots a flammable tank near him, although his body isn't found in the aftermath when the firefighters search for his body. (The ending of the film leaves it ambiguous as to whether Patrick is truly dead, but this is listed just in case.)

- Grey's Anatomy: How to Save a Life (2015) [Dr. Derek Shepherd]: Dies after being taken off life support, following being incorrectly declared brain-dead after he was T-boned by a semi-truck.
